About the Blog

This blog will contain suggestions on how to lead a more powerful and effective life - both in the form of original posts from myself and in the form of selected articles from others who have some valuable words to say on this subject. In addition I may include the occasional fictional article. As someone who in the past had to struggle for many years with on going health issues I am especially interested in how to live powerfully and effectively even when faced with serious life challenges and setbacks. I hope that some of the words you read here will inspire you on your own journey through life.
